Batman 19 CBCS 1.5 Restored Signed Neal Adams 1st Batman Dick Sprang Art, 3 sides trimmed, staples replaced, small color touch on cover. Moderate tape on cover on cover & interior. Left of slab can be pryed a little with fingers but slab corners are sealed, right of slab fine. As is comic cannot be removed from slab.
